Lot 85: Framed and Looking Fantastic Lot 85 is now fully framed and starting to take shape. From the elevated views to the open interior layout and generous garage space (yes, it has a Sprinter bay!), this home is on track for a summer move-in. Windows and roofing are up next, and we’ll be sharing more photos soon as finishes start to roll in.
Lot 84: Final Week for Design Input Lot 84 has officially broken ground, and excavation and footings are underway. If you or your clients are looking to make key decisions on finishes, layout adjustments, or exterior selections — now’s the time. We’re about to pour slab and frame within the next two weeks, which will lock in most customization opportunities.
