Brasada 661 is through the rough inspections and getting ready for drywall. Hoping to finish and list this home on April 1. This would be our Tour of Homes house this year. Brasada 292 has been approved by the DRC but not submitted to the county for a permit. Hoping to pour a foundation on this home in early May.
