Where are you building?

We are building new homes on the west side of Bend in a neighborhood called Shevlin West, next to Shevlin Park. We have completed 3385 NW Zayden, and 62564 NW Woodsman loop, as well as 62675 NW Ember place. Ember Place our Mid Century Modern with gorgeous Mountain views remains for sale at $1, 475,000 (read more on our Available Homes page.)

We are now permit ready on 62667 NW Ember Place, and in design review for Lot 84 and 85 on Woodsman Loop. See Available Homes page for blue prints, renderings and 3d walkthroughs. We also picked up the permit for lot 42 aka 62670 Mt Hood drive and are laying the underfloor today. Lot 101 is in drywall at this time and very excited to this stage of home construction on this beautiful Modern Farm home.

Yes! depending on where you come in during the building process, and you are free to mix and match! We can accommodate anything your budget allows.
