What a busy Start to the 3rd quarter of 2022. The Tour of Homes has brought over 3500 guests to our home in Shevlin West neighborhood. I have enjoyed answering your questions, and your kind words and feedback on this award-winning home. Now that the TOH is winding down, we are starting the construction of Lot 37 in Shevlin West, while continuing the construction of lot 41 (sold) and lot 43 (sold). We have been fortunate to meet a wonderful couple from Houston whom is doing a custom with Malace Homes on lot 44. It’s been a wonderful month, with great building weather, and we are advancing our plan to continue to provide customizable home plans in Shevlin West with the acquisition of lot 33, and 34 as well. We are going into design on these plots to bring our new clients into their dream home. We appreciate all the support this month, thank you.
Brasada 661 has a foundation, and is backfilled. We are starting construction on the underfloor July 30th. This floor plan is on the Available homes page, so check it out. On the fairway of Brasada Ranch with wonderful out door spaces to entertain, and gigantic views of the Cascades.
Lot 292 design is completed and in for review at Brasada Ranch. This plan is truly exciting and some elements of the plan will be posted under Available homes page. Please take a look at this home and the see-through windows from entrance to patio. The front entrance water tower design is a great feature, and ties in elements of ranch life history.
