Malace Homes are top quality homes — it’s nice that a builder exists that believes top quality homes, high end finishes and top of the line appliances aren’t just for those who can afford a home in the $million plus range.

The home I just bought from Malace Homes is my “forever” home and there isn’t a thing I would change–there are no upgrades needed as they are already a part of the home.

Tom Malace, CEO of Malace Homes, is wonderful to deal with; he went out of his way to help me through the buying process and he seems to really care about his clients and he and his office staff work with them every step of the way.

There are many prolific builders out there who just want to get a mediocre product out on the market, sell it and pocket the profit–that isn’t true of Mr. Malace.

I highly recommend Malace Homes.

We Bought a Malace Home almost a year ago and love our home!

Tom has been very understanding and informative with all of our questions being new to Central Oregon!

Especially after this snow doozy we all just experienced. We have never had to deal with ice dams or anything to this magnitude and he didn’t hesitate to offer his help…Was here with roofing guys to help ease my nerves!

If you are thinking of purchasing or building with Malace Homes/Tom I wouldn’t have one concern!
