If you have not yet selected a lot, we can help. We work within premier Central Oregon communities, including Brasada Ranch, and can connect you with available homesites that match your lifestyle and budget. Already have a lot in mind? We will assess it together.
Working closely with you and your architect or designer, we develop the plans, finishes, and specifications that define your home. We help you make decisions with confidence — guiding you through selections for everything from structural elements to kitchen hardware — and provide clear cost guidance throughout.
We handle the permitting process, subcontractor coordination, and site preparation so the build begins on the right foundation — literally and logistically. You will know your schedule before a single shovel breaks ground.
Tom Malace and the Malace team are hands-on throughout the build. You will have regular site access, progress updates, and a single point of contact at all times. We build to the standards we would demand for our own homes — because our reputation is on every nail.
Before you take the keys, we walk the home together — every room, every finish, every detail. We address any final items before closing and stand behind our work with a comprehensive warranty. Your relationship with Malace does not end at delivery.
We are not a national builder operating from a distance. Malace Homes was founded in Bend in 2015 by Tom Malace, and every home we build is rooted in a genuine understanding of this place.
