Happy New Year!

I am so excited for 2024 and all the projects we have upcoming.  Before I share all the exciting news, I wanted to share my appreciation for all hard-working craftsmen and women who work on our 2023 homes.  We completed a dream home in Brasada Ranch together, 4 distinctively different designs in Shevlin’s West and began 3 more which will be ready this year.  Thank you, friends and clients, for your positive feedback on our design and finishes of these fine homes.  Our Brasada Home was on the cover of the Tour Of Homes this year and we had 7500 guests tour this home and learn more about what a Malace Home is all about.  Fantastic.

2024 is starting out very good.  The home at 62564 NW Woodsman Loop in Shevlin’s West is under contract with an expected sale date of 2/9/2024.  This sought after 2528 sf, single story, 3 car garage on the corner of MT Hood and Woodsman has all the bells and whistles, and we are excited to welcome Craig and Ashley into the MH owner’s family.  The home at 3378 NW Zayden Court in Shevlin West is also under contract with an expected close and delivery date of 8/15/2024.  This 3-car garage (with a sprinter van bay), 2 story has a flat roof Scandinavian 4 bed home is going to rest proudly looking at 7 peaks when completed.  Very happy to be building for our neighborhood friends Karl and Jennifer as we welcome them into the group.  Construction starts on Wednesday this week.

As some of you have learned 75% of my home sales aren’t listed on the MLS.  Malace Homes is very fortunate in that most of our clients are driving by our homes, or calling to get our project schedule, and keeping in touch with our progress.  We are an agent friendly company, selling direct or with a buyer’s agent is something that we have done many times, as it is our pleasure to have direct communication with our owners to make sure we give them Raving Fan service during the build, close, and warranty stage.

Not on Zillow yet, but we have a single story with unobstructed views on lot 42 in Shevlin West aka Mt Hood drive.  Malace homes has built 4 projects on Mt hood at this time, and this 5th project will fill in the street between NW Jackwood and NW Jesse Place.  Call for a plan, but this is a 2458 sf 3 car garage includes a bay built for a sprinter van, modern flat roof 3 bed, 3 bath with office.   Front patio looking at mountains with firepit, back patio with outdoor kitchen.  We are in engineering now and then will submit for permits.  Wonderful homesite.

6266 NW Ember permit has been pulled.  This home is on Zillow.  We will be beginning construction late January depending on the weather.  This home on our website is 2295 square foot craftsman 2 story with an office.  2 car garage, 3 bed plus bonus room, and has 2 ½ bath with an outdoor kitchen.  Stone, pavers, cedar garage doors, and a chef’s kitchen, all the same items you get to enjoy in a Malace Home in Shevlin West.
