Oct ’21 Construction Update
As of October 2021, Malace Homes is building in Bend’s Westside, Powell Butte, and Sisters Oregon.
Bend update: We will be clearing lots 40,41, and 43 in the second week of October getting ready for our coming excavations. Shevlin West neighborhood comes with an 11-acre park joining the Shevlin Park Trail system. We will be building pre sold Customs on lot 41, and 43. These 2 distinctive homes will have all the luxury and space combined with an out door feel and living space. Lot 40 will boast large vaults, outdoor kitchen, firepit, 3 car garage. Price for lot 40 starts at 1.625 million.
Powell Butte update:
Now that lot 656 was completed and sold, we are focusing on lot 661 on Starview lane. This large lot is on the high side of the street with its front yard looking out on at 9 mountain peaks, while relaxing in the backyard over seeing the golf course fairway. This Best of both worlds at Brasada Ranch will include a Large 1200 sq foot garage, game room, gourmet kitchen and appliances, butler’s pantry, outdoor kitchen, firepit, and full and diverse landscaping with water features; creating a staycation paradise. This home will begin construction in early 2022. The acquisition of lot 292 on Esmeralda Court was completed last quarter and we are going into design at this time. This home will begin construction in late 2022.
