PICKING THE PERFECT HOME DESIGN AND FINISHES

We will work together as a team to find a plan that will be the right fit for your family and budget. We will also have you work with our designer to choose the most pleasing finishes – from cabinets to countertops to floors to doors.

GIVE MALACE HOMES THE GO-AHEAD TO GET STARTED!

Once you sign the contract to build, we will open up an escrow account at the title company. You then give the title company the deposit and we start the process of getting your permits and design committee approval.

WE BUILD, THEN HAND YOU THE KEYS!

During the building process we will schedule walk-throughs so you can see the progress in real time and ask any questions you might have. Once the home is finished, we will obtain the Certificate of Occupancy, then hand you the keys!
