Lot 72 : 172 Lundgren Mill Drive, Sisters OR:

We have been approved to begin our digging in Sisters!  This lot will be the new home of a beautiful 3 car garage, 1735 sq ft single story living, boasting 3 beds, office, and 2 baths.  We delivered our excavator on Sunday, January 31, 2021 with the strong intentions of digging the home site on February 1-2nd.  This upscale neighborhood nestled in the large Ponderosa Pines of beautiful Sisters marks our first home in the city.  We have 2 homes that we are building in Clear Pine neighborhood.  We will keep you informed.  I the meantime, please see out rendering, floor plan, and live photos as we get to work on this little gem.
