What a busy month for all of us on the production side.  We received the cert of occupancy on 4510 SW Antelope.  The landscaping is in and looks beautiful.  A partial fence has been added, and next week the rest of the fence will be completed making a private area off the of the SW corner of the property.  This home is something to see, as the lot is amazing with beautiful BIG mountain views.  This home is move in ready.

786 NW Rimrock is in Post Rough stage.  Cabinets are in, flooring, countertops come in on Monday.  We are running down hill on this construction plan and it looks like it will be ready within 30 days.  Fencing and landscaping are the next big play on the exterior as this home comes to life.  We received and accepted an offer on the home 7/17/2020.  We are very excited to make this beautiful design, a memorable and sustainable home.

3759 SW 45th our Tour of Homes project has won BEST KITCHEN in its class!!  This keeps our string of awards going from last year’s Green Building Award.  We currently have accepted an offer to buy this gorgeous property to a great couple moving into Central Oregon.  They both love to cook, so this is a perfect fit.  This home was completed with a back yard and has shown so well.  Thanks community for all the love an compliments during the 2020 Tour of Homes.

764 NW Rimrock is in Post Rough stage.  We will begin laying the tile in the home on Monday.  This custom home is going to be one for the ages.  We are so proud to have worked with Luis and Seana on this home.

Malace Homes, llc is working on a few projects throughout Central Oregon.  Bend may be home to a few more townhomes in the coming future, as well as a large custom.  We are actively working on land deals in Redmond and home they come to fruition as planned.
