Construction Update
As of June 16th, 786 NW Rimrock has finished the bones of a finished home. We are finishing up Hardy plank lap siding, which will ensure the home will be protected from all our varying weather in Central Oregon. Roofing was recently finished, using sloped composition roof shingles to help safely divert any rain and snow. Energy-efficient heating units and air conditioning will be installed soon, which will help 786 Rimrock’s future owners live in comfort through the cold winters and warm summers with high energy efficiency standards.
