Building the American dream has been the core of our company’s mission for the last decade. We take great pride in the outstanding quality of our homes and in the excellent customer experience we work to provide every day.
In nearly all of our locations, we remain open for you to visit our model homes. Given concerns associated with COVID-19, we want you to know that we have instituted the following safety practices to better protect the health of our homebuyers and staff.
• All of our model homes are currently no handshake zones, but you will be greeted with a warm hello and friendly smile.
• Our model homes remain open daily but to manage group size and practice appropriate social distancing, all sales meetings will be “appointment only”. In addition, we’re also offering virtual or phone appointments using Facetime, Skype, and Zoom. Please call ahead to schedule your appointment.
• Our model homes are being cleaned and sanitized routinely. Sales consultants are also conducting supplemental cleanings throughout the day including between each office appointment.
• Any employee exhibiting cold or flu symptoms or who has a family member that may be feeling ill has been instructed to stay home.
If you prefer to visit our model homes from the comfort of your home, we can facilitate the purchase of your new home digitally. First, visit our website to view available homes and floor plans. Then call our sales consultants, and they can answer your questions and walk you through the rest of the home buying process over the phone and computer.
We are also pleased to tell you that Hippo Financial Mortgage, a parent company, remains operational and fully committed to meeting your mortgage, title, and related insurance needs.
