  • Thank you for referring your Friends and Family to Malace Homes. Please note, the Friends and Family Referral Program is subject to the terms below. Please read carefully as the terms listed here supersede any other verbal or written communication.

    To be eligible, the Referring Party (that is you) must fill out the online referral form ON or PRIOR TO your friend/family member’s INITIAL VISIT TO A MALACE HOMES COMMUNITY. No gifts will be granted for referrals submitted after the friend/family member’s initial visit.

    The New Homebuyer’s acknowledgement is required at the time of the contract to confirm that they were referred by the referring Party (that is you, again).

    Gifts will be delivered to the Referring Party (you) the month following the successful close of escrow. If the home does not close, no gift will be granted.

    For each New Malace home purchased and closed, one Gift will be awarded to the Referring Party (you) and a $500 upgrade credit will be awarded to the referred party (New Home Purchaser).

    The Friends and Family program is only applicable to 2nd party referrals. You cannot refer yourself or another member of your own household.

    Malace Homes reserves the right to retract this offer at any time should any information provided by either party prove to be false or misleading. This program is provisioned at the sole discretion of Malace Homes and may be eliminated or changed without notice.

    There is a maximum of one gift per referral on any one transaction. If there are multiple referrers (i.e. multiple existing homeowners recommending the same referee (Friend or Family Member)) only one referrer gift will be given. This will be determined by which online form was received first and/or the date the contract was received. Referrals will be valid for one full year from date of submittal.

    Realtors receiving a commission on the sale of a Malace home will not be eligible to receive a Friends and Family referral gift.

    Referral gift applies to new contracts written after the Malace Homes Friends and Family Program start date of March 1st, 2017.
